Rules
General
Results of sporting events will be as per the podium position or ajudication
of the official governing body unless otherwise stated. Any subsequent
change to that result will be irrelevant for betting purposes. If sporting
offences or fixing is suspected, Expekt.com reserves the right to freeze
wins and not pay them in the event that one of the above cases is proved
present. Results are after full time, excluding extra time and penalty
shootouts unless stated otherwise. All bets are all in and there is no
refund on non-starters unless stated otherwise. In head-to-head betting
the following rules apply unless stated otherwise: -If one or more contestants
fail to start, all bets are considered void and stakes will be refunded
(odds=1.00). -At least one contestant must finish the contest or the bet
is considered void and stakes refunded (odds=1.00). -If all contestants
are disqualified or otherwise excluded, the odds is set to 1.00. -If the
contestants achieve the exact same result, the Drawn Events rule applies.
Drawn Events In the case two or more participants achieve the exact same
winning result and therefore achieve a winning draw, the odds applied
shall be equal to the odds accepted divided by the number of participants
drawing (e.g. accepted odds 2.70 and three drawing participants leads
to the applied odds: 2.70/3 = 0.90)
Deposit
To bet at expekt.com you need to have funds in your betting account. Bets
on credit are not accepted. You can transfer money to your betting account
by depositing money into one of expekt.com Ltd's bank accounts. Bank accounts
When depositing it is important that you state the reference associated with each bank account. The reference can either be your customer id and username or a one-time reference number generated on this web page.
If you deposit money in a currency that is different from your betting account currency the current exchange rate will be used and handling charge will be deducted from the deposited amount.
Withdrawal
Expekt.com will transfer the money to your bank account.
A fee will be subtracted from the withdrawal if the bank resides in a country where Expekt.com doesn't have a bank account.
If possible, Expekt.com will transfer parts of or the complete amount by crediting one or several of your previous credit card deposits.
